Modern management is the development, creation, maximization, and management of socio-economic systems, including governmental, commercial, and non-commercial activities. The definition includes the main processes: modeling, organization (as an action), and management. The fundamentals of management provide for the beginning (setting goals), the continuation (executing the plan, expanding the business), and the end (analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness) of the process.
